It's not a rumor, Ryan stated it in an interview. But the clues are in Hotel as well, but Murder House and the past seasons too.

These location based setting are going to get kind of boring after awhile. Casino, Prison etc are just to basic.

If they have a decent concept, I don't think the building location will matter.

Over a thousand children are still missing since Katrina, with hundreds likely kidnapped by paedophiles or sold into sex slavery. Numerous rapes and murders occurred during and after the storm.

Not to mention that hundreds to thousands of bodies were disturbed by the storm, supposedly causing a huge burst of supernatural activity in the city.

i don't think location based settings are boring. i mean it's kind of AHS signature and it's not in your face in the season, which is the most important.

also what else would people want further seasons to be called?
