That song that Dave was talking about probably was Gypsy or Sexx Dreams and what's the matter if Venus is the youngest song on the album? Maybe was the last one on being finished, which doesn't mean that was the last one on being written.
By the way, she talked about Venus before Dope happened. So, Dope should be the youngest song on ARTPOP.
