It's so ridiculous that we may not get this album till next year.

I'm so confused. If Beyonce is happy with the songs, why can't she just release them? And if she wants hits, why doesn't she just get the producers to give her hit songs (she already works with all the hit makers anyways).

With all the promo she did in Feb/March, she would've still sold a solid amount even if she didn't score any hits at all. What a mess.

Sales doesn't matter if she does not have the right hits. Beyonce wants a "Thriller," "Purple Rain," or "Bodyguard" type era, hell even a "21" type era.

Bey's Off The Wall will be here in November. Her tour schedule couldn't make it any more obvious she's releasing a single in September and the album mid-November

I dont know that Bey will release so closely to Gaga's date which is basically all of Nov. Not only would their albums compete but also lead singles. Artpop annoucement has been bittersweet. As happy as i am or strive to be for the monsters, that announcement sank my hopes even lower

So I just checked - Beyonce is completely free the week before the VMA's and the week after the VMA's. Then she has a show on 31st of August and then she is free for another 9 days until the start of the South American leg of the tour.

This could be true but seeing how everyone's thoughts of even getting anything new has clearly come to a halt we really don't know what she's really planning in terms of even an album coming out by the end of the year.

I would like her to take a good break and either finish this album and maybe give us her own word of when its coming rather then is all trying to make assumptions off of interviews with producers who have no say where the album is in terms of being finished.

but she just resurfaced from a year long break i just dont see her completing a world tour in 2014 take only a few weeks (month) break and then start a ww album campaign. I had the tour was scheduled to start early so that it will coincide with the initial album release promo.

in any case, i'll return to my state of dormant expectations once this artpop news sinks in fully
