I think she isn't saying anything because she doesn't want to talk and then revoke it. Imagine she said "NEW SINGLE AT THE SUPER BOWL!" and then decided to not do it, that would look bad. This way she can change it as much as she likes until she's 100% satisfied and then she can give us the clean and to the point announcement.
