I think it's to do with the clocks changing. GMT is changed to BST for the summertime.

My time is a mess right now because the whole center of Mexico has a different time zone because of....commercial and custom issues. So for example here in Laredo its 3:27pm but every other Mexican non border town has 2:27pm as its hour
