I think he is right. Somehow he is summing up the L4M era, great song NO marketing PLAN; It's time for Usher to get a new manager. He can keep Grace as his GF but she is a bad manager.
You can tell that Rico is a great and a real friend, he is the only one who is standing and telling the truth while everybody around him is taking advantage of him.
Go missin is another masterpiece but the single cover is lackluster, they didn't even use the usual "Usher" font. Usher needs a new stylist...
Anyway I agree with Rico he is spilling the true tea

This is probably why Usher doesn't trust anybody. Rico is telling the truth. L4M was so mishandled, it makes me mad. Grace is an awful manager, she needs to get fired. Ever since she's been his manager things have gone downhill.
How hard was it for him to promote L4M during the week of its release? He could've gone on some of his friend's t.v shows, but instead Grace had him stay in the U.K.
He promoted his album a month before and that just doesn't work. Where are his so called friends, why didn't they tell him? I'm glad Rico noticed that.Usher needs to get rid of Grace, and get a new manager, or maybe he should just manage himself considering he's doing all the work.
I remember when he released 8701, people thought he was over because it sold less than My Way in the U.S, then he released the classic U Got it Bad, and people waited for him to release Confessions. People thought Here I Stand would flop and it didn't, people thought RvR would flop and it didn't, Usher needs to prove those people wrong again, but he needs a better team and a new look.
