Add in some ~28M albums and you're probably in the 115-120M range. She did very well with video sales and smaller "record" sales but I can't imagine they would bump it that much further. An estimate of 120M records WW is probably slightly high but not far off.

Billboard's (and MTV and Microsoft's) numbers obviously include streaming so I have no issue incorporating them into record sales since it has become the adopted norm of them music industry.

I grouped The Fame Monster with the other albums because the era has so huge and successful. It's also long enough to qualify as an album since it's exactly 30 minutes long. That's the beautiful thing about it, you can look at it as both an EP and album.

OCD? But The Fame Monster IS an album, I mean an EP is supposed to have 5 tracks maximum, TFM has 8, an EP is 25Mn long maximum, TFM is +35m long.

Would you consider I Never Learn (the 3rd album studio by Lykke Li) an EP since it only has 9 tracks? Same for Trouble in Paradise by La Roux?
