Its not really a theory tho as far as the publishing and copyrights go. I know about Def Jam, they've been promoting 4FS and TTS. However Ciarra does work for Fenty Corporations while Jay Brown and TyTy are still RocNation.

It may be the same people doing the work but it's not the same people calling the shots. I think this new arrangement gives her some sort of autonomy. She creates the content on her own and when she's ready she hands it over to them to do the marketing etc.

The Navy had a similar meltdown when Rih kept singing Diamonds EVERYWHERE until right before the Grammy's back in the Una era so these meltdowns are not a shock.

I'm not going to jump the gun because in the end Rihanna always delivers. We complained about no promo but she performed at the Grammys and got the song to really take off. We complained about Spotify and then she put FFS on there. We said we wanted Quality this time around and that is what she's giving us.

Anybody who has been a fan since GGGB or Rated R should know the response to Rihanna's music when it's not the typical Pop Bops is ALWAYS slower and less immediate. Russian Roulette, California King Bed, Rehab, hell even Diamonds had a slower start . You guys are getting caught up in the chart performance that you can't even truly ENJOY the music. Let Rihanna and her team worry about the charts(or not).

I trust her, and I know things will work out, she has a plan. Although not performing at the Brits wasn't the smartest decision.

I do agree on the fact that Kanye definitely not replaced Rihanna. Maybe both were supposed to perform, we don't know, but Kanye sure as hell didn't replace Rihanna.

And oh @ some of y'all (most of y'all actually) calling this era a f***ery, when it has barely started, and just 1 month after hearing ONE SONG from the album. I know Rihanna will prove y'all wrong in a couple of weeks, when the era will REALLY start, and I can't wait for this to happen.

If TTS was taking off it would dwarf FFS easily. She's never had her first and second singles both taking off at the same time so TTS's performance is no shock. The song will most likely begin to slowly build on radio as FFS gains more traction towards its true peak. Once the song begins to fade and when Home comes out the song will most likely catapult.
