But that only happens because they're considered as legitimate artists and have label support. Avril has neither of those going for her. I assume you're talking about radio hits that chart on the BB100 (I don't pay attention to R&B/urban charts). I don't hear any Beyonce songs on Top 40 radio except for her classics (Crazy In Love, Irreplaceable, Single Ladies, and Halo). Plus, Bey's most recent albums are front-loaded.
I might be wrong on this. But I think P!nk is benefited with payola and radio deals. Absolutely no record label is gonna do that for Avril. Why do you think radio stations hardly played HTNGU and WTH?
