That's more than likely the problem. Mine always stays at my apartment and now that I have the 6 Plus, my phone doesn't even come close to dying after a day's worth of usage.

I'm still using my 5S charger for my 6 Plus and it's going strong. Maybe I've just been lucky.

The only thing regarding iPhones I can proudly state is that in my 3 and a half years of owning them, I've never cracked or scratched one.
