Honestly, I bet an animated video would look quite awesome - As long as they have a scenario which would be completely impossible to do well in real life with the fairly small budget they'll have for a music video.

It's just because of the single cover having an animated Katy on it and the suspicion some people have that she hates the song and so would refuse to record a video for it. Also something to do with getting revenge for Unconditionally flopping.
