It's actually a bit dumb if you guys expected new music. She never told you guys that the tour would include new music or that she would release her album before the tour. Therefore she doesn't need to tell anyone that the tour is actually for 4. Everyone assumed that there would be new music before the tour but you know with Beyoncé you can't assume a thing.

Didn't she say that the album will be out in April in an interview with Vogue? She definately talked about it...

GQ said "as early as April", which is like saying "as early as 2013". But she did talk about new music. I don't know what's going on, but honestly she should have released her album already. That's just my opinion.

Yeah, and other sources confirmed it, but... who knows? Maybe she's INDEED experimenting with a marketing strategy that was never seen before.
