Well take this for what it's worth.
Yesterday morning I was listening to my local Hot AC radio station, and they were doing an interview with Ryan Tedder.
Ryan was talking about how celebrities frequently change their cell phone numbers, and he name-dropped Taylor and Avril. It seemed totally out of the blue that he would mention Avril's name.
So it may be that Ryan has Avril's contact info.
At least the big shots in the music industry knows Avril still exists.
