Either way, the ITF tribunal ruled her use unintentional That's why Nike, Head, Evian are sticking with her and Porsche and Tag Heuer haven't ruled out continuing with her, either

Correction, the tribunal ruled that she used an illegal PED unintentionally as she didn't know it was illegal. She still used it for benefits after it became illegal hence her two year (most likely plead down) stint.
Many companies are staying with her though so she'll still be rich af. Her tennis reputation is shot though

Rafa out of Wimbledon Did my baby get caught again and now under another silent ban?
He never just pulls out of RG, which makes his injury seems a little bit more suspicious.
I hope he comes back stronger than ever and wins 3 slams to surpass Fed, my god. He NEEDS to stop Novak vulturing this weak era.

Yeah, they might even have let her play a couple of clay matches like Federer.

We all know that's a made up conspiracy Federer played two matches. When Federer isn't injured, some claim he's doping because how can he be so old and not get injured? When he actually is injured, they claim he's gotten a silent ban. Either way, news would have leaked by now, like in Cilic's case.
But yes, Nadal's case is indeed quite suspicious. Either the injury is serious, or another silent ban.

Y'all would be gasping for King Federer's oxygen when y'all see stadiums with half empty seats because the King had retired. Cherish the King while we have him tbh because his greatness is more than his stats. You can bring up irrelevant stats (most masters, prize money, etc) but truth is lessors will never match his tennis magnificence.
That being said, I wanna know RG16 ticket sales

So proud of these companies supporting Maria! Cannot wait to buy my new Head tennis balls tomorrow!
Mess at Jankovic and Wozniacki only winning 1 match. I hate this

Is Maria's two year ban for using meldonium fair?
Yes (491 / 44%)
No, it's low (133 / 12%)
No, it's high (502 / 45%)
It's so boring without Maria

Nadal's injury was known. Wtf are u guys talking about? He wore a taping on wrist all through the clay season. Probably just hoped he can push through. Murphy and Wawrinka both saw him grimace in practice before RG.
Smart that he stopped in time. I imagine it was very tempting to go on with painkillers/ injections because his level was very good.

I think at this point, it's going to be Muguruza who will take over. I was watching her matches against Serena, and it eerily reminds me of early Serena's matches against Graff. it's that feeling you know the legend is finally passing the torch to the next to take over.
And it reminds me of the era when Federer began his dominance in 2003/2004.
I feel the Kvitova/Azarenka/Woz/Aga group is just the transitional era that fills in the void before the next "major" era eventually comes, sort of like how Hingis/Davenport/Capriati won slams between the Steffi and Serena eras, as well as how Hewitt/Marat dominated the ATP for a while after the Sampras era and before the Roger era.
I think Muguruza IS the real thing. She has the determination of a champion, unlike Ana and Petra who falls like a cheap tent and are lazy, she has the will to get better, unlike Aga who refuses to bulk up because she wants to stay womanly... In other words, Muguruza has what it takes. Of course she's gonna be in a slump right now, but her dominance will begin in 2017. I think she's going to win the USO, lose the Final of AO 2017 to Kerber or Vika, and then defend RG.

Yup, I get this feeling too. (Let us not overhype her like Kvitova though )
When I look at her game, it screams QUALITY (like Sharapova, Azarenka, Serena)
Her determination is champion-like
Now we need Kasatkina to become WTA's Nadal
I'd be fine with this ranking in 2018:
1. Muguruza
2. Azarenka (if no injuries)
3. Bencic
4. Kasatkina
5. Halep
6. Radwanska
7. Keys
8. Bouchard
9. Stephens
10. Ostapenko

And smh at Sabine
I was rooting, we were all rooting for you in Wimbledon final'13
I'm glad now she didn't win it. She wouldn't have a career anyway. Lost to a Latina clay courter on grass.
There is something wrong with her mental strength. I remember I could feel her nervousness and shakiness watching Wimbledon final

People are still trying to make Halep and Bouchard happen? Which version of Halep are we at now? Version 234353.99 beta?
Mess, this is Aga's last chance at a slam to be honest, I don't think she will have the same luck as Kerber, because she just lacks the power.
And dddd.. I used to root for Petra, but I am on Muguruza's team now. Lazy bitch who blames losses to either asthma or period.
And wow at Daria, she beat Venus, and that SWING on her forehand.. now I understand why you say she's gonna be the next Nadal... and well... every legend has their own lapdog..
Graff - Sabatini
Serena - Maria, Vika, Ana, and other Sharapova-like girls.
Muguruza could use a lapdog too.. maybe it could be her?

She showed up in the second set, but it was too late as Marion was a couple of games away..

I think what Mugu has that her contemporaries don't have is a great sense of anticipation, and fast reflexes.
Petra's anticipation is probably the worst I have ever seen of anyone. She would already running on the other direction before someone have the chance to hit the ball, so it's always a winner against her.
Although I think those could be Mugu's weakness too. Sometimes she REACTS too fast to balls. That last game at Wimbledon is the prime example. If she should have just slowed down and paced herself, she could have taken to 3 sets and may have won actually.
