For "Stay" I think Sophie Muller would be interesting... she is known for making great videos for ballads ("Don't Speak" by No Doubt, "Try" by Nelly Furtado, "Family Portrait" by P!nk.... just to name a few)
For "Pour It Up" I think I'd pick Phil Atwell .... he's relatively unknown nowadays but directed many interesting videos back in the day.... "Stan" & "Cleanin' Out My Closet" by Eminem, "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" by Eve & Gwen Stefani, "Tainted Love" by Marilyn Manson, but I have an idea she'll go with Anthony Mandler on this one

I agree with stay. But for PIU I would like Steven Klein or Hype Williams.
