It's going to rise slowly and sell anywhere from 100-200K per week and stay in the middle ground of the top 10. It'll probably go top 10 on radio best case scenario. Maybe top 5 by proxy.
Oh, and Applause is radio friendly. Don't try to come at it and say it's not. The lyrical content is just not something most people can relate to or want to sing in the car. It SOUNDS like a hit but if you can't sing along, then it's no fun.

It really doesn't sound like a song that could be a hit in this period of pop music, though. And as a dance pop artist, that's just something she's going to have to deal with, since she did it to herself by having very little diversity in her singles choices.
It's not going to be a radio hit. And it wouldn't surprise me if Interscope themselves gave up after the first week.
