Do we know this though? I have read somewhere that one of the reasons why the album is taking a little longer is that the new material Ke$ha sent to her label (probably a long time ago now) was rejected by them and they wanted her to start again from scratch. (Someone confirm this?)
Maybe they thought what she had done wasn't good enough or wouldn't have enough mainstream appeal or something. If that story is true, then I really hope she won't have to compromise too much to be able to release the record soon.
