Well that's just your opinion, many including myself disagree with you.
I actually like Taylor's voice. Its not something that is hard to sing with too. Its probably also one of the factor that her song sells like pancake. And she is a total package. You can just leave her alone and she can make her own stuff, unlike most of singers today.
People may say that she hasnt showed growth over her three albums, but why change something when it is still fully functional and selling. Drastic changes can be fatal to her career. Some popular examples of this changes-gone-wrong are Rihanna's Rated R, Miley's Cant be Tamed and Kelly Clarkson's My December. She is just avoiding that kind of mistake.
