I think a follow up single has a higher chance than Hello at this point. But who knows. I guess it depends on how big the NBC special is and how long it lasts on radio. I did almost forget we are in 2016 Billboard year already so Hello will be starting strong

She's gaining on all aspects like crazy, and Shawn's YouTube streams aren't too crazy either so she definitely has a chance to go top 7, I think 8 is on lock though.

Plus all these performance videos on YouTube are helping her as well. I think it'll eventually peak within the #5-6 range like most of her singles do.
