In my opinion the real cause of this late is because they decided to change direction for this album plus the Tidal mess.

She, I mean her lable started the recording since late 2012. They already spent too much money. Almost 3 years recording, 3neq official single with deals ans videos.
They're just too scared if her album flop and can't get the budget back.

Once she has natural huge hit they will release it. just put it togather with whatever left.

Well at least it was released. And we were able to get a few great quality songs out of it. If Rih is indeed taking her time and not rushing after just scrapping her album I'd hope her album would be quality too.

She created her own label, the money comes from her own pocket, that's why she's taking her time
