And in the case of Rachel, I don't really know, but it is interesting since she is basically doing exactly the opposite of what history in this country deems acceptable racially. . I want think she did it because she had some sort of void within herself and wanted to be like people she found she related to. I think she is a good person and had good intentions ultimately, but deceiving everyone she knows, lying, making up hate crimes targeted towards her.

Nah. It was one of those post office mailboxes that is completely closed and locked and that only mail people and the owner can open.

Well technically she never stated he was biologically his. Although I'm sure she had an agenda when she called him her son she likely did so because she is/was the legal guardian of him at the time.

Wait, that brings a lot of insight in the situation. Her parents were racist and they adopted the child with no good intention it seems. Rachel identified with the child more than she did with her own parents so she started feeling like she was black more than she was white. It makes complete sense, and closed-minded people in this forum can stay fuming!
