Thanks to everyone who voted last round. One step before the finale, we say goodbye to Rihanna's "Disturbia," which seems to have become the little song that could in this survivor. As much I love the song - which is one of my absolute favorite songs by one of my absolute favorite artists - I never would have expected "Disturbia" to make it this far; I guess its popularity runs much deeper than I realized. A final salute to the tune that pushed Rihanna in an amazing new direction we never could have imagined.

Only two titans of contemporary pop music remain: "Toxic," Britney Spears' first major comeback effort and a much-heralded new classic that cemented her status as the Princess of Pop; and "Since U Been Gone," an all-time great break-up anthem that launched Kelly Clarkson beyond the "American Idol" franchise and into superstardom.
