Album sales are not counted in the first four weeks if the price is under $3.99. After the first month the sales are counted.

Terrible numbers for an album with a terrible cover, that is apparently full of covers.
I hope she gets the #1 though since she will sell more, while 50SOG is being carried by Ellie's streaming.
