The Grammys HATE the AMA's. If you kiss their ass and show up to their show, perform, etc, they will punish you. There's a lot of cases of that happening in history.

There's no denying it anymore, the producer of the Grammys said they're in competition with the AMAs days ago and that it was smart of them to move to November
