I swear atrl acts like ARTPOP is the biggest flop of all time.
Sure, selling 2 million after an album that sold 7 million is a [big] decline but even then it did better than A LOT of albums. It's clearly not the biggest pop era of the last year but it did okay. I think Gaga, Lorde, Katy and Beyoncé are the only female artists that sold more than 2 million albums this past year.
