But considering Bailando has the support on Pop, Rhythmic and HAC stations. In my opinion it has outlasted La Tortura. Probably it won't surpass La Tortura's chart reign on the Hot Latin Songs but it has a TREMENDOUS lead on Airplay from the #2 song and is going to take a while for another song to dethrone it

Latin Airplay DOES counts towards English Airplay as well. And La Tortura spent 31 weeks on the Hot 100 as well, by the way.
However, my main point was about the song being a global smash like La Tortura, i wasnt talking specifically about the US
