All of Beyoncé's albums are huge sellers world wide with the exception of 4, so out of a 17yr career she has only underperformed once. And even 4 sold over 3 million ww, so I don't know where you are getting your info from. The last I heard of Shakira was back in 07, when Bey helped her get a hit song. Bey had the highest grossing tour for a female in 2013, $188 million. I have never seen Shakira top any tour grossing list, forbes list or best selling album list etc. This is the most attention she's gotten on atrl since collaborating with Rih tbh. As soon as that jingle fades, she will go back to being a nonfactor.
