It depends. Calvin Harris's music/production has changed a lot since he decided to "quit" singing (or being the lead artist he used to be), so if you're looking for similar songs of "18 Months" in his previous albums, you will not to find anyone, except for 'School', which has the essence of "I Created Disco" and some elements of "Ready for the Weekend".
However, I can
HIGHLY recommend you "Ready for the Weekend". I still find incredibly this album every time I listen to it. 'The Rain' and 'Worst Day' are my favourite tracks of the album, along with its singles. On the other side, if you like "18 Months" songs, you would definitely love 'Flashback', which the chorus is sung by Ayah Marar, who does the some vocals on 'Stars Come Out' and 'Limits', as well as on 'Thinking About You', 'You Used to Hold Me' and 'I'm Not Alone', which you could recognize the same beats/riffs on Chris Brown's 'Yeah 3x' and Cobra Starships's Sabi-featured song 'You Make Me Feel...'.
If you looking for "I Created Disco", I can recommend you the title track, 'Vegas' and 'Colours', along with its singles 'Acceptable in the 80s', 'The Girls' and 'Merrymaking at my Place'.
