Simple put, Beyonce gave me her BEST ALBUM TO DATE. I've always loved Beyonce, but I've always loved her singles WAY MORE than her albums. I ADORED Dangerously In Love (#2 of 2003, followed by In The Zone). And I know that most of her fans/stans would disagree, but i really coundn't get into B'Day or I Am Sasha Fierce (except for certain songs/singles). I've always felt she was just recording songs that she know would do well on the chart, but that she never really BELIEVED in. That changed with 4. This is the first time I've really FELT Beyonce on an album. Her voice, her sexiness, her swag. It flows together WONDERFULLY. It has its weaker moments, but they all fit a purpose. Beyonce finally gave me an album thats just HER 
  
The album opens with the STUNNING 1+1. I'll give you that it doesn't have the most mature lyrics, BUT the emotion in her voice just grabs you, and sucks you into this song. It has a Prince element that I ADORE. And its suck a simple way to begin the album, but truely shows how amazing the album will be. I Care is just AMAZING. The production sounds  It has a more "worldly" sound. Not just restricted to the USA, but to ALL OF THE WORLD  Again, the tone in her voice just tears me apart. And then when she sings "I CAARREEEE"  . I have found my FAVORITE Beyonce song she has ever done, and it is I Miss You. It's so simple, so sublte, and so enduring. She doesn't over due it with the vocals. I love big vocals from Beyonce, but this is just so sublte & understated. ANYONE could relate  . Best Thing I Never Had is CLASSIC Beyonce, which is why I think it's one of my least favorites  Don't get me wrong, I like the song, but I feel it's a pit put of place on THIS album. She sounds good though. Didn't like Party AT FIRST, but it was a PERFECT Summer Jam. It's just so laid back. I love her vocal arrangments on this track. Rather Die Young has a retro sdound to me, almost like a Supremes sounding song  I LOVE the chorus of this track. She sounds AMAZING on the bridge . Start Over has the worldly sound that I Care has. It just so damn addicting. I can relate with wanting to Start Over with a love that has gone wrong . As most of you probably know, I'm not a fan of Love On Top. It HAS grown on me A LOT. I could never finish the song when I first heard the album. And while I do think it's over hyped, it does put a smile on your face when you hear her sing this song. Another song that really didnt catch my attention AT FIRST, was Countdown. But I've grown to LOVE this track. I love the intrumental, the energy, & the video was FANTASTIC. I ALMOST wish that this was the lead single. Then comes the EPIC End Of Time. Honestly, the intro of the song gets you SO HYPED UP, that when the song FINALLY begins, your already IN LOVE with it. When she was 1st describing that album, THIS is what comes to mind. It just beautiful in everyway. I thin this would have SMASHED if she released it in the summer, but I'll settle for a spring smash  . I Was Here really showcases her vocals. I love the lryics. Everyone wants to be remembered some how, some way. The intrumental is very touching, and you can just FEEL Beyonce on this track. And the final chorus is just . Most people were disappointed with Run The World (Girls). The only negative thing I can say is that I wish she went a different way with the lyrics. But the melody, the energy, her swag. AMAZING!!! And that video  Her BEST video to date. I love that she tried something different for her lead single
As for the Bonus Tracks, I love 2/3 of them. Lay Up Under Me just has the groove. It so laid back, similar to Party, but just a different vibe. I know all her stans/fans will give me hell for this, but I CANNOT get into Schoolin' Life. I've only listened to the song IN FULL like 5 times, every other time, I ususally have to skip it, or listen to party of it, but get bored.  I just dont get the love for this track  . Dance For You is so sensual & seductive, and romantic. How much she really LOVE Jay-Z 
I love that Beyonce went back to a more R&B sound. She totally won me over with this album. Thanks Beyonce
