I never expected Gaga to be nominated for SOTY. The songwriting in BR, Alejandro, and Telephone is not impressive. But Bad Romance better be up for ROTY.
My God, the Grammys do not nominate based off of success of a song.
Bad Romance may have been successful, but this category is about lyrics, and songwriting.
Is it really that good in that area?
