Cos they're too busy fuming over a chart formula that's been in existence for ages
What's the record for that, any idea?

It's all about demographics. There's such a divide.
Justin and Pink (who also has high sales/AirPlay) are just not appealing to the youth as much anymore. The youth have always driven popular music and their form of consumption is streaming atm.

Who is selling these days? . Digital sales are back to 2006/2007 level

Exactly. How can they follow the charts and be absolutely so out of touch with reality

Ya'll needed to experience to see it clearly apparently but yes.
Billboard and RIAA are bastardized in that sense.
Can't change it now.
I actually would have liked to see more songs earn their recurrent status with a fight. With songs/tracks only counting for hot 100 that would have made it harder for songs that stay in the 80-100 position based on lack of competition a harder chance to get recurrent due to weekly debuts of album tracks that might last 2-3 weeks on the chart.
But that's too logical to actually occur.
Ready for Katy to get ha 10 week #1

It's just funny to me how y'all complain about this every week, as if it will stop BB from doing it.

This, just look at those tragic sales numbers and then just look at the number of people using streaming services. It's only fair to have streaming being the most important factor of the chart, people need to get over this.

I would say tix, albums, singles Beyonce did a good job but are you really going to push the hot 100 record just because she repressed Formation streaming when Drake had so many album track entries that stayed on the charts for almost a month
But both are slaying so...

Is this accurate? If so the top 3 may be on lock, Drake may sneak with OD but other than him, I don't see anyone else coming.

It spends an eighth week at No. 1 on Digital Songs (107,000, down 9 percent), encompassing its entire run on the chart, and rebounds 2-1 for a fourth nonconsecutive week atop Radio Songs (164 million, up 1 percent). On Streaming Songs, "Feeling" falls 10-11 (11.3 million, essentially even from last week). The song also tops Billboard's Adult Pop Songs chart for a fifth week and the Contemporary tally for a second week.

Yeah but on the Hot 100 OD has been #1 for weeks, CSTF just for one OD is a bigger hit mainly because of streaming, but still a bigger hit overall
