For the 584754985748574987598457937th time Body On Me is her FIRST attempt to break through in America so thats why she's doing promo in the US. Her mini US tour is about to start. She's never done promo for her other songs just dropped it on iTunes and that's it of course she hasn't gotten a top 40 hit

You're right that Rita deserves promo to have a huge song but you need to start with Ellen, Today Show, GMA, Jimmy Fallon. New artists who are trying to get their hits don't start with a main stage VMA performance.

I understand what you mean but if you think about it Rita Ora already has been on the main stage VMA + she's performed at the Oscars which is also huge so I think that's why they booked her a main stage VMA performance. But yest she should do Ellen, Today Show, GMA and Jimmy Fallon. Even though I don't think Body On Me is appropriatefor TS and GMA lol
