While Fresh Out The Oven was released by the then head of epic records who wanted to throw it out there. It was never even planned to be included in her album. Hence the head releasing the track under the name LOLA which was Marc's nickname for Jen.

As you can see, most of those are South-American countries and even in those countries Beyoncé ranks pretty close whereas in the countries where Beyoncé is more relevant, J.LO doesn't even come close.
Secondly, Beyoncé is bigger in the most important music markets, and that's all that matters.

That has nothing to do with anything , I mean JLO tops Forbes but her album can't top Plat or Gold I mean.

They were singles, why you think the push backs kept coming her team knew she was a NON FACTOR in the Pop World, she took the opportunity to judge Idol so ppl could start talking about JLO again. But that still wasn't enough to get a Plat album.
