This I have no idea. however Athens sounded enthusiastic about having cleared the server (???) I believe. so things should be running smooth and consequently registration will be opened for a longer period of time.

That definitely works too, the cornucopia being HQ where the new members come to complain and then get banned (killed) in seconds.

Only problem is the rush to sign up for ATRL isn't something you'd see in the Hunger Games.
