I don't buy it. 99.999999% of the time when we are told that a leak is not the official/not the final, the real release ends up being exactly the same, or so similiar, no one can tell the difference.

That's what I was thinking TOO, but I feel like the version Kanye played is the REAL final. This version sounds like it's lacking something.
people always underestimate diddy but he is probably the best album producer in terms of direction of the album for the artist image and visualization, and hard work!
