Yea I'm pretty sure its peaking unless Rhythmic picks it up more. 3 weeks at number 1 is amazing and its exceeded my expectations. Anything more after this is just a nice bonus.

Oy... Stronger is not peaking yet, lol. She's at 124 million AI.. you can't expect her to get 2.5 or 3 million+ AI updates every day still.. her bullet is still a whopping 1800+ on the Pop charts at #2 with over 12,000 weekly spins. That's crazy good! I think Kelly will make it to 140m.
As for We Are Young, if they continue this lead over Kelly they will get #1. I don't see them selling over 300k, but if they do, they got it. If they are under 285, Kelly should be fine.
But Stronger was doing better on Monday and Tuesday than on Wednesday. Therefore, it's average itunes percentage relative to We Are Young is probably closer to 73% or thereabouts. I also foresee Stronger picking up on the weekend.
I'd bet that Stronger stays on top of the Billboard Hot 100 for another week next week, bringing its total to 4.
You are forgetting there in another version of we are young in the 100's, adding about 6-7% to it's total, and it has been there all week....
