If Miley keeps this rate up with streaming, I think a second week is possible. She may have dipped in sales from last week, but her rapidly-rising airplay should balance that out.
Also, the director's cut will be released once it hits 150 million, right? That'll give it more streaming fuel for a 3rd week, perhaps?
