I didn't care much for Jessica Simpson's new video "I Belong To Me." Not much in the song to make it interesting like there was in "A Public Affair." I guess you can't compare uptempo dance pop songs to ballads with half the BPM.

Lady Sovereign's video "Love Me or Hate Me" is weird. I heard her song on the radio once and thought it was sung by M.I.A. Must have been her British accent. I don't like her hair that much but I think the video is excellent because it's so out of the ordinary. I'm guessing this video will be nominated for breakthrough video at the 2007 VMAs.

Here is my ideal countdown for October 4, 2006.

10. JoJo - "Too Little Too Late" (At least Teddy Geiger is gone.)
9. The Game - "It's Okay (One Blood)"
8. Vanessa Hudgens - "Come Back To Me"
7. Cassie - "Long Way 2 Go" (Good thing she kicked off Teddy Geiger.)
6. Beyonce - "Ring The Alarm"
5. Justin Timberlake - "Sexy Back"
4. MCR - "Welcome To The Black Parade" (If I put it higher than some videos already on my countdown playlist, I guess I'll have to premiere it someday.)
3. Pink - "U + UR Hand" (I really want to see the whole video now.)
2. Evanescence - "Call Me When You're Sober" (I hope Evanescence can retire on TRL. This video already went to number one on TRL nine times.)
1. AFI - "Love Like Winter" (It's hard to find a current single that I like better than this one.)

I think that Danity Kane made a wrong decision to premiere their video when they did because they just started getting played on the radio, so I'm sure if they premiered it like two weeks ago they would be doing much better. I love their video and wish that they were still on the countdown, they have much more talent than the Pussycat Dolls. I don't understand why people like them so much more, have you heard them live??? THEY SUCK, nicole can't sing live at all.

I would like to see them come back really bad!!

If you were a REAL DK fan, you wold have realized that:

Comign out a reality tv single with a single that was on the internet for about two months is NOT smart. "Showstopper" also had a dismal run on the Hot 100 because of ITunes Downloads being so high then dropping drastically. But still, they will be more sucessful with "Ride For You".
