I think The Fame and The Fame Monster didn't make it since they are two seperate albums. Even tho, The Fame Monster got released along with The Fame's songs + the new tracks.

All re-releases are combined. So for TF/TFM, TF + the TFM re-release counts as one, but the TFM stand-alone EP won't be counted in the total. Same with Lana, Bieber, Timberlake and other albums that did a re-release + seperate EP. And of course things like GGGB + GGGB Reloaded are also merged
