Its as close to HQ as an unreleased demo is probably going to get, considering there's about a 0% chance of a real remaster/remix happening. Its significantly higher quality than the original demo, so get the sand out of your cooter.

I think most of the demo/unreleased that are 320 on your computer aint real 320. There is just no way you can have all/most of them at 320kbps like it says on your computer.
I never believed the mixtape was real High quality but its fine since its fanmade. But don't just look at the numbers to say if its real HQ or not. 320 aint nothing.
