Rihanna's band is back in America, she was definitely supposed to perform cause 3 days ago her backup singer said she'll stay in London till Thursday and now she's already in the US...

Typical misinformation was The Sun. I remember being so surprised when they were actually correct about the Coldplay collab. 
TTS wouldn't sound good live anyway. The studio version is way too layered for it to be pulled off live. It would probably end up sounding either completely different or a complete mess.

If she was to done the BRITs she'd be announced a long time ago.
Maybe she was taping some other performance in London? Graham Norton?

Lol Kanye was announced only yesterday night, he sure as hell was a last minute replacement cause Rih pulled out. Last year Beyoncé was announced the day of the show, it would've been the same with Rih this year or she would've been announced instead of Kanye yesterday.
Her band teased the Brits all week (they were in London) and the London drum company clearly proved that she hired drums for the Brits. She backed out of the show, but there's probably a good reason.

But what exactly do y'all want Rih to promote right now besides Towards The Sun (who just came out)?
She has yet to drop R8's real lead single and the album announcement will follow its release, so she'll likely go on a promo run near the release of the album (2/3 weeks before), like she always does. I believe the single will be released in around 1 month (2 months at the very latest) and the album will drop shortly after, can't be later according to what RDaily & RDiva say.
For those who still think FFS was R8's lead single : if it was, she would've probably premiered it on a radio like TTS, she wouldn't have presented it the way she did (as a first glimpse), she would have performed/promoted it more than just once, and it's obvious the real lead single who will promote / represent the album will be a solo song and a bigger one. Plus RDiva said so, and Rihanna's team allowed them to reveal these infos about R8 yesterday. Also, she did a secret video shoot in Cali last December.
Radio deal or not, a first single isn't always the album's lead single. A lead single is simply the song from an album who will be used to promote / sell the album. Rih could've even released 3 songs with radio deals or not before dropping the lead single. With HOME coming in 3 weeks, we all know she won't promote/perform FFS again, I think by releasing FFS she just wanted her comeback single to be a song from R8 and not from HOME, also to start building hype for the album and to release a song with Kanye on it regarding the tour. R8's real promo will start when the album's release date will be announced, as she always does, or maybe even only when the album drop, if it comes out shortly after the lead single, as it's rumoured to be.

Its okay to be wrong sometimes, ya know. Yeah all signs may have pointed to her going, but you don't know that for sure. I mean honestly unless Rih sat down and told you her plans for the week you don't know if she ever was scheduled to go. Regardless of what some tweets said, her band members said, etc… The Brits never confirmed a performance and Rihanna never confirmed a performance. This whole thing started all based on an unreliable newspaper that reports false info majority of the time.

Idc about being wrong, I thought Rih would drop R8's 2nd single now and not HOME's single, and the opposite happened. And I'm fine with that.
