Maybe its the best thing for the GOP, since they wont be responsible for him for the next 4 years even if they lose some seats. Dems will only hold onto the senate/house for two years thanks what seats are up for reelection.

That's not what the email said lol. It said that she won't apologize for DOMA and she'll simply go on with her evolved stance on it without addressing her past stance.

a “defensive measure” and Sanders said that amounted to rewriting history in a speech to Iowa Democrats.

Speech Director Dan Sherwin said

“I'm just saying that she's not going to want to say she was wrong about that, given she and her husband believe it and have repeated it many times,”

He clearly means she did not believe she was wrong that DOMA was a preventative measure.

The emails even said Bill had reservations about passing DOMA but it had veto-proof majorities in Congress so he couldn't do anything but sign it. Some people acting as if they're enemies of the gay community or something.
