After hearing HM and now HBTB, I have no idea what expect from the album. I wonder what other "muddy trap" songs she has, and what other "Miles Davis songs" she has. So interesting. Even though HBTB is cleRly contemporary-sounding, the vocal delivery and some of the production is so vintage. Like, little parts sound like a really old school song. I love that consistency throughout her music.
I love how vulnerable she is at the first verse, i bet she's scared the hell out of that stalker helicopter.
