The bullet is the '1272', which shows how many spins the song has gained in the last 7 days. When a song updates daily, the amount of spins it recieved is compared to the amount recieved on the same day the week before, and a bullet change is given. Essentially, the negative bullet means that this day last week, the song gained 7 more spins than it did today.
