What I learned tonight in ATRL.
White straight male privilege either doesn't exist or is not nearly as major as supposed white female privilege.

Apparently Britney in comparison to JLO and Beyonce who all sang live and lip synched in the 2000s had privilege.
Apparently JLO was able to have 3 husbands be engaged twice date like a women in her 20s while in her 30s and have songs/singles about it but taylor's white female privilege makes it so that she can date like a woman in her 20s she gets less flack than JLO did.
Apparently Nicki copying Lil kim and then copying lady gaga during her pop phase got more flack than Gaga copying madonna/grace jones etc.
To live in an ATRL world where Madonna, britney, miley, taylor etc. are not faced with the doubled edge sword of admittedly having benefits of being a white women BUT ALSO facing twice the amount of backlash and criticism because the media doesn't want to be pained as racist.

Elvis/Eminem can steal from black culture
However, the ones to target: White females because white straight male privilege is a myth.
