Rih is not gonna take out the urban section. if you go to a Rihanna concert you best expect her to get ratchet it don' matter if you in NA, Europe, Asia or Africa.

I'm not forgetting anything about Rihanna. Personally, I know that Rihanna IS that ratchet act. And that's why she'll probably keep it, and fair enough. I just meant "ideal world" changes.
It's just the majority of people that see her live do not consider themselves "navy" by any means. Surely you get that. Most people at a Rihanna concert are just casual fans who turn up for an entertaining show, hoping to recognise most songs from the radio. And for the reasons earlier I think that act will be a weak opening, because of the atmosphere and stuff.
But yeh anyway of course you're right. They will probably change very little.
