The goodbye messages are tape ahead of time.
I believe before he tape his message & it was clear boogie was going he told Brit he will leave him a nice one. Usually the producers will have the hgs record a nice one & a bad one. So I don't know if he recorded two & which one they will use.

Brit's one will be funny but it might sting him.
