Because the former two are glorious fixtures in the Princess Tiara of the pop world. The latter, while I like it and it has a great video, is kind of a product of wanting to draw off the success of S&S.

Personally I had never heard "Always Be My Baby" until I looked it up online. It's a cute song, like something Katy might have recorded had been Katy Perry in the 90s.
