Taylor is performing at the iHeartRadio festival in Vegas on either Sept 21 or Sept 22, by which point the lead single will definitely be out + will be included in her setlist.
I think the iHeartRadio performances are typically about 45 minutes.
I often go to a certain forum of an artist who's fans have a seemingly fanatical one-mindedness of hatred and disdain for Taylor, just out of curiousity to see if any of them can actually ever develop and expand their minds to let in anything other than 150% dedication to all things ______. Of course they make no mention of interesting and laudable performances like her guesting with James Taylor, and being praised by him and other legends of songwriting and artistry, but instead fixate on things that attempt to put Taylor in a bad light.
Reading their latest, they continue to stay true to form, never posting or discussing anything but negative stories about Taylor, and doing their best to further negativity towards her in the comments of said articles to try to promote likeminded hatred and narrow-mindedness towards her. The latest is rehashing the extremely one-sided view of Taylor (along with Katy Perry, whom she couldn't be further from in terms of musical sound and ability) as written by one of the EW writers, about Taylor's supposed bullying attitude towards men etc.
Anyway, if anyone wants a good chuckle, step on over to the ______fans dot com. It's interesting how any group of people could develop such hatred for any one person, especially Taylor. The funny thing is, I always enjoyed and liked their favorite artist's music but the more of her fans I run across, the bigger my disgust for her fanbase grows.
That should be a poll somewhere...what artists's fans have the most pressed anti-fans of another artist. I don't know what artists you'd put in the poll tho besides the one I've spoken of.
you know the artist and fans I mean then, and their board? The C-word artist?
I'm curious, is there a fan base on earth that's more pressed about an artist that's not their fave than the fans of C-?
Of course I do. I prefer to stare at a cardboard rather than watching their fave perform. Even Britney at FF Tour was more entertaining. True story.
Let them be. It's funny. And legendary. Even Slant loves it too. But Rock fans are worse tho.

I'm here for that! so exciting.
Now Taylor girl, don't waste your opprtunity and play your lead single at the VMAs. I'm not here for another flop promo from you and your label.
I want Taylor to be EVERYWHERE this fall and on 2013.
Now that Katy will be on break, Adele pregnant, Gaga on tour, brit busy on x factor, kesha taking a decade to release her music, there'll be less competition for our girl.
^ Gaga is releasing mid-tour, and the new rumor is that Kesha's single is coming in August... Which means Kesha's single + album releases could be close to Taylor's.
And she might even sing songs from Speak Now too! Hopefully a decent Sparks Fly performance!

They can release all their new records but only Taylor makes all of her tracks enter the Hot 100
So Katy Perry stans can make a thread about Wide Awake hitting No. 1 on iTunes but I can't a start a thread on the effect of the Macy's Fireworks Show to Sparks Fly which literally blew the song up. Seriously?
Will it be the lead single ala LS + YBWM? No
Will it be the ballad with great lyrics and melody? No
Will it be the grammy winning song? No
It's Sparks Fly without any promo.
Stay mad at the first and only No. 1 single from Speak Now
Exams start tomorrow ! wish me luck !!!
Okay guys , talk to you all soon !!!! I love you trollers .
Good luck!
When you're back, maybe we can continue our little discussion I did not wrote an essay just to be ignored Ahm this is where we left.

1) I compared them to Taylor Swift because her debut era only had 4 music videos. TBP got 5. My take on that is that BMR is now big and wealthy compared before, so excused.
2) The 10 mv comment. What are you trying to say exactly? It doesn't make sense yet to me because success is not measured by the number of music videos you release per era. My understanding of your comment is that The Band Perry has nothing on Taylor Swift (which I think is true even if we fast-forward time), was that what you were trying to say?
3) Of course not, there are always risks, they have something to think about before releasing a music video. The costs. It's not cheap to produce a music video you know.
4)KILL your career comment. If that's with regards to Fearless era, I completely agree. If that's in relation to Sparks Fly, no. How many "music videos" do we have this Speak Now era?
1. Mine
2. Back to December
3. Mean
4. The Story of Us
5. Ours
We actually have 5. And the fifth one came after Sparks Fly. It doesn't look like they were trying to decrease the hype don't they?
Ours was released to keep the streak of two Billboard No. 1's per era and that they have to end it on a high note. Hence all the promotions and marketing.
And lastly, Ours cannot be compared to You Belong With Me and Love Story, Mean and Mine for they have been performed and promoted more, plus the other two singles were lead singles, and the other two were the main third punch of the era.
If Ours was on the main edition and was released as the fifth single, the digital sales won't be as great. It'll be just another love song from Taylor Swift.
i don't mind katy perry so much--she's in her late 20s and going through a divorce. that is an actual relationship to cull from. adele has noted that many of her songs are about one guy. taylor swift writes a heartbreak song for every guy she goes to dinner with. it was okay when she was sixteen, but my gosh, it's time to grow up. a bad date should not equal ten bitchy songs...maybe it would be different if she added some other topics into her catalogue, but as it stands, she's really wearing out her welcome.
