The tour is more important as of now.

The tour will attract more Urban audiences than pop, but THATS how shes gonna sell BI.
With "Ride" peaking at #3 and "Speechless" climbing fast, the tour will be successful and lead to big numbers for the album sales.

She can do some visible promo for "Gimmie Dat" here and there, but Urban are the ones that will buy her album.

After BI is released she can really get into visible promo for pop.

ciara didnt start tv promo til the week of for fantasy ride + trey has been visible for the entire last year

not only strong radio presence for him but also tv promo bc of his TV show which was a big help for him like it was for monica + keyshia

ur saying she did it with evolution + thats the problem...........its not 06 nemore she has to work harder now then she did then

Album sales is about capturing a fanbase not being on the biggest tv shows to promote your album. You just said that. A pre-album tour would help CIara connect with her fans and get them excited for the album, she's an amazing performer and she has a fanbase in every city. Why not? They were already talking about a pre-album tour anyways. I don't know what's going on with that.
